Why should I go to the Spinning® Inspiration Days?

Spinning® Inspiration Days is an indoor cycling education event of its kind, featuring the industry’s top presenters and fuelled by an inviting, global community of instructors. While at the event, you’ll celebrate your passion and boost your inspiration and motivation to new heights. Imagine three days of blockbuster rides, heart-pumping music, SPIN® Fusion workouts, business success tips, and more. Live the experience, love the feeling, and learn how to bring it home to your studio.

How much does it cost to attend Spinning® Inspiration Days?

Choose from three different options that give you the flexibility to fit your busy work schedule and budget – one day, two days, or the full three-day conference. Prices vary – please visit our sign-up page for the full breakdown of options.

You can also add lunch tickets for an additional fee.

Is Spinning® Inspiration Days only for instructors?

Anyone can register for the conference, so both instructors as enthusiasts. Please note that you do need to sign up prior to the event as onsite registration is not possible.

How many sessions can I register for?

Based on the ticket you've purchased you can register for as many sessions as you like! There is one special event ride on Friday, 4 session blocks on Saturday and 3 on Sunday.

Can I purchase my tickets now and select my sessions later?

Yes, absolutely. You can select your sessions at any time, and you don't have to create your whole schedule at once.

Can I Change my schedule after I've selected my sessions?

Yes, you will have the ability to switch sessions within your Sched schedule. If other sessions are fully booked however, you do not have the option to change to another session in the same session block.

What if a session I want to sign up for is sold out?

If a session is sold out, please select another session for your schedule.

How many continuing education credits (CECs) can I earn for attending Spinning® Inspiration Days?

The 3-day conference awards 16 SPIN CECs—the full amount needed to renew your certification for two years. For 2-day and single-day attendance, the credits are:

• Friday: 2 CECs
• Saturday: 8 CECs
• Sunday: 6 CECs

Are there any hotels nearby?

Yes, next to the Mad Dogg Athletics EMEA HQ there is the Hotel Maassluis. Please check their website for pricing and availability. Other nearby options are:

Can I park my car at the Mad Dogg Athletics EMEA Head Quarter?

Yes, parking is free of charge at Mad Dogg Athletics Europe or any nearby street.

Can I purchase Spinning® Clothing and Accessories?

Yes, the Store is packed with everything you need for your active lifestyle, including casual wear, cycling shoes, water bottles, and much, much more! So, shop 'till you drop!

Can I pay in cash at Mad Dogg Athletics EMEA HQ?

No, Mad Dogg Athletics EMEA HQ only offers debit and credit card payment options only.

Can I use my SPIN® Member discount in the Spinning® Store?

No, SPIN® Member discounts only apply to online purchases. However, special event pricing will be applicable during Inspiration Days.

Can I return purchases made at the event?

No this is not possible. You can try on anything you purchase at the Spinning® Store, but we do not allow exchange or returns during the Inspiration Days.

Can I pre-purchase demo equipment / Spinner® bikes prior to the conference?

Yes, please contact our Sales Department for more details.

What should I bring / wear?

Bring comfortable apparel (sweat-absorbent top and bottom), a water bottle, towel and notebook plus pen to take notes. For Spinning® sessions; cycling shorts, socks and cycling shoes are recommended. You may want to plan ahead and bring separate apparel for each session.

What happens if the Netherlands is going into a lock-down due to Covid-19?

In case the Dutch government decides to put the Netherlands into a lock-down, no restitutions on the conference registration fees will be made, but Mad Dogg Athletics Europe reserves the right to postpone the event to a later date.

What is the cancellation policy?

Mad Dogg Athletics reserves the right to change the setup (including the sessions) of the event; this will not result in a full or partial refund.

Mad Dogg Athletics reserves the right to cancel the Spinning® Inspiration Days for any reason (including, without limitation, by reason of a Force Majeure Event). Mad Dogg Athletics shall notify the registrants of the cancellation as soon as possible and refund the registration fee.

If you need to cancel your reservation, email us at: education@spinning.eu. You can transfer your tickets to another person (make sure to notify us 14 days in advance of the event) or receive a credit toward a future event or Spinning® Merchandise, however no refunds are issued.

What kind of pedals will be on the Spinner® bikes?

Dual-sided pedals with toe cages and SPD®-compatible systems will be on all Spinner® bikes. Sorry, but there will be no LOOK® -compatible pedal systems, and no switching out of pedals is allowed.
