On a whim, my husband purchased a Spinner® bike with a 30-day trial of the Spinning® app. Always a runner, I reluctantly gave it a try. After I did my first 30-minute ride, I was shocked at how hard it was and how much sweat was pouring off my body (to me that’s a sign of a good workout).?
But what surprised me the most was the way I felt after…I felt SO good. Energized. Empowered. Even though I wanted to quit at times -- and definitely felt like screaming at the upbeat motivational instructors occasionally -- I kept getting on the bike for a 30-minute ride every day. What started out as way to get my postpartum body moving a little bit, turned into so much more. I immediately began to feel better not only physically but mentally.?
There are SO many great rides and instructors on the app for all levels. The instructors keep you motivated while still pushing you and provide an amazing workout. I look forward to hopping on my bike daily…and to Monday mornings when new rides become available.?
I also love that I’m able to save my favorite rides and come back to them time and time again.?Overall, I highly recommend getting a Spinner® bike, and using the Spinning® app to get your body moving!
