Jing He is from Shanghai, China and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and a Master’s of Law Degree in International Relations. Attending the World Spinning® and Sports Conditioning Conference in 2013 and riding in so many incredible classes with so many amazing people who all love life and enjoy riding was a turning point for her; this is where the dream started. She was trained at the Spinning® MI Camp in Shanghai in 2017 and became an MI in 2019.
She is also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and she teaches for the Will's Fitness facility chain in Shanghai.
