Shipping & Delivery within Europe, Middle East and Africa

Order Confirmation

Orders are processed on week days (excluding holidays and office closures). Orders received after 12:00pm (Noon) on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

We do our best to deliver all orders within the quoted timeframes but shipping delays can occur due to unforeseen events beyond our control. Mad Dogg Athletics Europe is not responsible for shipping delays related to carrier service interruptions or other delays due to weather, natural disasters, labor disputes or other unforeseen events.

We provide free shipping for online orders from Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, and The Netherlands from EUR 99 value of goods (excluding VAT). Free shipping only applies to package deliveries up to 70 kg (no freight deliveries).

Package Delivery
  • Mad Dogg Athletics Europe will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: GLS Parcel Service or TNT / FedEx Express.
  • Domestic orders (The Netherlands only) will arrive within 1-2 business days, pending payment authorization and verification.
  • European orders will arrive within 2-10 business days, pending payment authorization and verification.
    Note: Shipping delivery times may be affected by customs clearance. Duties, Taxes and Custom fees for importing goods from The Netherlands are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping/delivery charges!
  • African and Middle East orders are processed within 2 business days, pending payment authorization and verification, and typically arrive in approximately 5-10 business days.
    Note: Shipping delivery times may be affected by customs clearance. Duties, Taxes and Custom fees for importing goods from The Netherlands are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping/delivery charges!
Freight Delivery

Items with a dimensional weight of greater than 70 kg are shipped via a national trucking company or an international freight forwarder. Orders are processed within 2 business days, pending payment authorization and verification, and typically arrive within 5-10 business days.

Note: Shipping delivery times may be affected by customs clearance. Duties, Taxes and Custom fees for importing goods from The Netherlands are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping/delivery charges!

Please note the following:

  • The delivery is curbside delivery and includes unloading the item(s) from the delivery truck and lower it to the curb outside your home / building. You will be responsible for further transport beyond that point. We recommend asking a family member or friend for an extra hand to carry the item(s) inside.
  • Curbside Delivery does not include set up or assembly. Please contact our Customer Service Department for referrals on this service if applicable.
  • Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday Central European Time. On rare occasions, unforeseen circumstances may cause your delivery to be rescheduled.
  • Be sure to inspect the shipment contents upon delivery. If you have any concerns regarding the condition or packaging of your order, simply describe the issue on the delivery receipt provided by the driver and contact us within 2 days of delivery for further assistance.
  • A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt.
  • Additional charges apply to missed appointments.
  • Additional charges may apply to beyond points and rural areas.
